Rates are based on total shipping weight. Each band includes its upper limit and excludes its lower limit, except 0–20 kg, which includes 0 kg. Exactly 600 kg is included in the 500–600 kg band; orders over 600 kg require a quotation.

This is where Express offers its best value. The premium over Standard is modest — £39–£78 for France and Germany, and similar for the UK. For that small difference, your order arrives approximately 4–5 weeks sooner. An easy choice for chairs, accessories, or compact desk setups.

The Express premium varies based on your location and order weight. Choosing Express shipping over Standard adds between £17 to £211 to your costs, depending on the weight tier.

While the Express premium grows significantly for heavier items, it remains a valuable investment if you have a firm project handover date or a scheduled office opening. If your timeline offers flexibility, Standard shipping provides the same level of care and quality at a much more economical price point.

📦 International Standard

At 160 kg, the Express premium jumps sharply. In France, it leaps from £93 to over £131 in this bracket alone — and continues rising to £1,118–£1,462 at the top end across all markets. Unless you have an absolutely unmovable deadline, Standard is the clear and financially sensible choice. Same careful palletised handling, simply a longer transit window.

Delivery Information

Packaging & Delivery Method

International orders are consolidated and shipped on pallets for safe long-distance handling. However, to protect individual components during transit, some large configurations may be split into multiple packages which might arrive across different delivery attempts.

Remote Area Surcharge

If your shipping address is classified as a "Remote Area" by our carriers (islands, highland regions, etc.), we may contact you for a supplementary shipping fee before dispatch.

Kerbside Delivery Standard

Our standard service is Kerbside Delivery. The courier will deliver to the building entrance. Professional indoor placement and assembly requires a White-Glove service booking.

🇫🇷 France — Areas Outside Standard Coverage

Our standard delivery network covers the vast majority of mainland France. However, the following territories and postal code ranges are currently outside our standard logistics arrangement. When can I expect my delivery?

For international shipments we offer ⚡ Express at approximately 23–30 business days or 📦 Standard at 35–45 business days. Bespoke custom products require an additional 15–25 business days for production on top of your chosen shipping tier.

Does KAGUYASU deliver to the United Kingdom?

Yes. We ship to the United Kingdom, with all rates displayed in GBP. International Express and Standard options apply for all items shipped to the UK.

How can I track my furniture order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details from our logistics partners. You can monitor your delivery status in real time via our order tracking page.

Will the courier carry the furniture to my floor?

Standard delivery is Kerbside — to the ground floor entrance only. If your office is on an upper floor without a lift, the courier is only required to deliver to the ground floor. Please contact us if you require White-Glove placement and assembly service.

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If damage is found, take clear photographs and notify support@kaguyasu.co.uk within 7 days to initiate a claim. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can resolve the matter for you.
