Even though our furniture is well protected inside and outside the package, the painting finish may inevitably incur minor cosmetic wear during packaging, transit, and unpacking. There is a painting repair cream inside the drawer; please contact us for a repair guide image or video. We are committed to customer satisfaction; if you encounter such minor cosmetic issues, please contact us. We will proactively offer practical solutions including repair guidance, replacement parts, partial discounts, or refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. • (c) Retention of Title: The goods delivered remain the absolute property of Kaguyasu until full payment of the purchase price and all associated shipping costs (including any applicable duties or taxes, where legally required) has been received and cleared in our accounts.
• (d) Delivery Information: We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes. However, please note that international shipping may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
